Welcome to the Rochdale Harriers Women’s page !

........

First of all - every woman is welcome to join the Rochdale Harriers Women’s Club

As you can see from our photo there are a variety of women who train with the club.  We all have different aims, goals and abilities, so it doesn’t matter what your reasons are for wanting to jog / run.  You might want to get fit, lose weight, join for the social aspect of running with others, or maybe you want to train for a particular event - everyone is welcome to join us.

All the ladies at the club are friendly and happy to help anyone who is new to running.  It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner, or if you have been running marathons for years, it is always great to welcome new members.  We are sure that whatever your abilities are, you will feel the benefit of running with other women.

Come along and give us a try !  You don’t have to become a member straight away, you can test-drive - or test-run - us for a month before joining.
