In the summer season Rochdale Harriers & A.C. train at two main venues. If you would like to find out more please go to the venue which fits best with what you would like to do, at about 8 p.m. one Tuesday or Thursday evening.
We are very happy for you to come along to a few training sessions before making your mind up on whether to become a member of Rochdale Harriers & A.C..

| Training | Ladies training, splikt into different ability group, suitable for all
abilities, including those completely new to running.
Men: mostly multi-terrain running, usually about 6 miles. Splits into two ability groups, the slower group running at about 9 min/mile pace. Not suitable for men completely new to running. |
Juniors: - junior members - training for the - field and track training (e.g. running, long jump, javelin and discuss) - training for the disabled |

Shower and changing facilities. |
Tuesday and Thursday evenings - disabled athletes - 6-7 p.m. (note track is fully accessible to and suitable for wheelchairs) - able bodied athletes (including juniors) - 7-8 p.m. |
