Well done to all the Rochdale Harriers Ladies who took part in the Rochdale 10K!

You are all fantastic !!

Despite the torrential rain, we all finished with a smile on our faces, and finished with great times.

Rochdale ladies were the first women’s team, so well done to Josefa, Anna and Jenny for their victory.

To help us celebrate how well we did at the 10K, and how well everyone is doing with their running overall, we’ve decided that its about time we had a night out !

Everyone is welcome to join us for a curry and some drinks - well, we need something to burn off on our next training run.  So if you are free on 12^th July, come along to the Copper Pot at Sandbrook Park, at 7.30pm, and we’ll take it from there.
