B.   Points awarded 32 for 1st, 29 for 2nd etc. C.   Juniors are allowed to compete (subject to meeting minimum age requirements for a given race). D.    Competitors must be a member of RHAC on the date of the relevant race. E.   Awards: to be finalised: possibly overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd M and F.  Winners of age categories: U23, 23-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+, M and F.  Maximum of one award per person.
