Middleton Harriers, Saddleworth Runners and Astley & Tyldesley Roadrunners.

(Rules: 11 races to choose from, best 5 count. Age as at 28^th March 2010.
If a draw arises, races above 5 (if any) count.
The overall F and M winners will not be limited to Seniors (i.e. a veteran could be overall F or M winner)).

Everyone from the participating Clubs who completes 5 of the races will get something at the awards ceremony
(humble apologies to anyone overlooked in 2009).
