The 2009 presentation will take place at Rossendale Sports Club,
Marl Pitts, Rossendale, 
27th November 2009, from 7:30 pm.  
The guest speaker is Bashir Hussain, manager of the
England Mountain running team and a thoroughly nice bloke.

 
This year Rochdale has won many medals.

Tickets are £4, includes pie and peas.
Good Bar at Club and Raffle.

Tickets available from John Mayall at XC on Saturday or at Training
(also possible to pay at the door).

Participating clubs: Rochdale Harriers & A.C., Rossendale Harriers, Radcliffe A.C., 
Middleton Harriers and Saddleworth Runners.

(Rules: Best 5 races count.  Age as at 11^th April 2009).       

                                        Separate from Grand Prix we are considering:

                                   1)     An inter-clubs competition at the Cross Keys race (5^th September);

                                   2)     An inter-clubs junior fell race at the above Saddleworth race;

                                   3)     Moving the prize presentation to November;

                                   4)     Training session(s) for those new to fell running;

                                   5)     Mementos for everyone who complete at least 5 of the races.

                              Rossendale are generously contributing two shields for the 2009 presentation.
