Please take time to read the rules, particularly the kit requirements. Failure by any one person to carry a required item of kit (e.g. compass, map, whistle etc.) could lead to disqualification of the whole team and in 2006 there were rigorous kit checks. Each pair should recce its leg before the race because there are no course markings and its easy to get lost, especially in mist or bad weather. This year we are submitting three teams, totalling 30 athletes. We have a Ladies Team, a Mixed Team and a Vets Team. The provisional selections are as follows. Recent changes shown below in green.
